You've already finished working on your event however, you want for us to take care of everything moving forward, one month prior to your event. This service provides collaborating with vendors, visiting the venue, keeping a watchful eye on the timeline, production schedule & Itinerary, simple setup of preplanned décor, coordinating any deliveries, rehearsals or walk throughs and finally, handling any and all issues that may arise the day of the event.
PARTIAL EVENT PLANNING
With the Partial Event, you've already begun to work on your event but still have some loose ends regarding design, style, color....and that's when we come in. We will attend to every last detail so you can relax and focus on your event. This service provides; tying together loose ends, becoming the point of contact, vendor communication & collaboration, preparing a timeline, on-site rehearsal, creation of a design storyboard and day of event management.
FULL EVENT PLANNING
With full event planning, we make all the necessary preparations and handle all of the little details that are involved in planning a unique event from the beginning. This service provides; planning the aesthetics & personalized event styling, locating a venue, budget & timeline planning, production schedule & itinerary, suggesting & hiring vendors, planner attendance at all vendor appointments, negotiations of all contracts, on-site rehearsal, day of decor setup, handling issues that may arise and much more.
