NC Events LLC can be hired to do everything from helping locate event vendors to mailing invitations. The following is a partial list of our event services:

  • Act as a liaison and manage the relationship between you and event vendors.
  • Act as a liaison between you and event attendees.
  • Control, manipulate and manage event databases.
  • Work with you to create all printed materials related to the event.
  • Work with you to create sponsorship packages for fundraising events.
  • Create and follow a timeline for your event.
  • Create and follow a budget for your event.
  • Track and manage all RSVP's and reservations for the event.
  • Track all incoming money for fundraising events.
  • Assist with finding appropriate event locations.
  • Act as a mailing house for invitations and solicitation letters.
  • Create the ticketing system for an event..
  • Coordinate and work with you on seating for an event.
  • Help you ascertain in-kind donations/product for the event.
  • Work with you to reach fundraising goals..
  • Strategize with you to identify potential event sponsors.
  • Handle all event follow up including thank you letters to guests or sponsors.
